Teaches at the Institute for Theatre Studies of the University of Amsterdam. In the 1980ties she specialized in Women Studies in Theatre and founded the feminist Theatregroup Theater Persona that offered critical interpretations of the great/male classics. She publicized four books on women's drama and theatre in Holland and Europe with theoretical and historical perspectives.
Since 2001 she concentrates on the development of intercultural contacts between "East and West Exchange", creating excahnge programs between Egypt , Sudan and The Netherlands as partner. Since 2003 she co-organized Intercultural Conferences in Belgium , Morocco and Sudan and is editor of its proceedings.

Elena Hanselaar is an independent entrepreneur in cultural affairs. She works as programmer of theatre-seasons; gives business-advices to performing artists and is an expert in co-ordinating cultural policy programs abd their budget.
She was for years foreign corrrespondent in Spain and Portugal for Dutch papers and radio-stations.

Education:  2008 Postgraduate as professional trainer in communication, JJ Trainers Academy, Amsterdam.2006 - Bachelor of Art and Economics, with Honours “Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, Utrecht” Faculty Arts & Economics -1991 Drama at the High Institute of Music and Drama in Sudan.

Work:   Freelance “training actor” and “tranier” with acteurbureau Kapok, Buro-Acting en Yohrctome  working for different organizations in/outside the Netherlands; DJI “Dienst Justitiele Inrichtingen”, the Police in Holland, and Dutch Council Refugees.  3 internship periods in Amsterdam:* co-worker at Theater Production Artijshok 020 (2  months)-cooperated in the production ‘Seduction’*co-worker at Theater Cosmic, (6 months)-production assistent at Holland Festival and collaborator in the show ‘Catwalk’ *stage manager ‘VSCD Gala’, Meervaart Theatre. Courses:1999-2001  Direction, at Stichting Open Studio te Amsterdam/ finishing project: writing, directing of ‘De Bevalling’, a movie, ‘Het Moment Van’, a short documentary about a Sudanese journalist. 1987-1988 Training program: Drama, Education dialectics and Cultural Program at the Palace of the Youth and Children in Omdurman , Sudan. 

Experience: Training and workshop in arts management at the Institute of Music and Drama , University of Sudan, commissioned by the HKU ,Hogeschool in Holland, I did research into the theme of  theatre production and theater management in Sudan .

Freelance :Theatre projects and workshops ‘verhalenvertellen’ initiated by Stichting ter Bevordering van de Vrolijkheid .’.Acteur in het  radiohoorspel De Vijfde Verdieping in Holland. Actor in the documentary ‘Sudan Story’ by the Finnish director Hannah T. Holland .Actor for more then 10 years in Omdurman , Sudan TV , Radio en Theater. Actor at TV comedy series ‘Character’ in Omdurman.

Maaike Rol (1955) has acquired years of experience working as trainer, manager and advisor in management- and training departments.  She has worked in these capacities in such international organizations as IBM, Digital, Fokker and Heineken, where she has successfully implemented Management Development Programmes and Action-Learning projects. At the moment she is Senior Program Manager at the Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands. Her characteristics:

Hans Klok holds a degree of Nyenrode Business University where he graduated in 1963. After a short stint in his father’s retail business, he decided to discover the world and joined Procter & Gamble Company in Brussels as a marketing trainee. He was selected to be member of the team to set up a new operational subsidiary in Holland and moved from there to P&G’s operations in the USA. He returned in 1973 to become the first Marketing Manager of the Dutch P&G  business. In 1973 he was asked to join BBDO Worldwide, an American multinational in the field of Marketing Communication. He worked for them in various positions in International and Local Account Management. In 1983 he became managing director of their Dutch operations, which he ran until 1993.

In 1994 he joined Nethold, a Swiss/Dutch multinational active in the field of Pay Television in Europe. He was asked to revamp their TV operations. He redraw their TV business in Belgium, Holland the Scandinavian countries and Central Europe, setting up new channels and redesigning old ones. It introduced him to the world of feature film production. Since 1997, he has established himself as an independent feature film co- producer, concentrating on realizing European co-productions.
